My husband and I are on day 11 of the 30 squat and 30 day crunch challenge. It is going well so far. :smile:

Mabuhay1 Use the plate method, 1/4 for meat, 1/4 for starch, 1/2 for veggies. Also I use a smaller plate than the normal dinner plate. That way you don't have to pay out a lot of money for different programs that only work while you are on them. Using a smaller plate, doesn't show that you are eating less.

I am 56 years old. I have lost 99 pounds so far. I need to loose about 30 more. For me I just really looked at myself and saw that I needed to make a change. Now, I have more energy and I feel better about myself. I eat better and exercise more.

still learning how to do things on here. I made the weight loss counter but I don't know how to post it. I will figure it out just may take me a bit.
