At least you didn't wipe your face with someone else's towel. No that did not happen to me. Lol

Absolutely, all foods even ones with negligible caloric value. You should still be tracking/counting. Even though veggies, leafy greens, etc. Are low in calories. But they add up depending on how much or how many servings your having of it. If veggies were calorie free, we'd have agricultural problems cause everyone would…

People only cut out dairy if their lactose intolerant or have some type of allergy to it. But dairy isn't a bad thing at all, it contains fats and other nutrients are our bodies can use. That if your not lactose intolerant, etc. Just make sure that you track the amount of calories in the dairy products you plan to consume.…

Most definitely possible, but you will have to be pretty strict on your calorie consumption. Logging everything that you consume, along with the cardio exercises you do. Remember the lighter you are in weight, the less your body expends in burning calories. That's where it can get challenging, and that's when people hit a…

Overeat, I just start over the next day. Can't travel back in time to stop yourself from eating that 2000calorie cake, burrito, etc. Or I'll hit the gym late at night do some intense cardio. Even though it won't do much, because of how big the deficit is. I will always start fresh the next day equal worry free, stress…

Eating more iron rich foods will help aid in production of red blood cells.

I would of waited a few days to recover. How much blood did you give or donate? Your body will replace the blood volume(plasma) within 48 hours. But will take weeks for your body replace the red blood cells you donated. If your lacking production of red blood cells which carry oxygen through the entire body, muscles,…

Depends on the intensity of your cardio session. Regardless I would still take protein powder, speaking for myself. Because you've lost nutrients during your exercise. And you still want to hit your daily macro-nutrients(carbs/fats/protein). But overall you've burned calories period. And you want to replenish your body…

If your still consistent with calorie intake and coming in under your daily allowance. Then your not doing any harm to your weight loss. The fact you sleep late or have minimal sleep is hindering any recovery your body needs from any exercises you may have done in the day. How many hours of sleep are you having? Research…

I don't give up anything, I just make sure I can fit it within my calories for the day. =)

If weight is not changing yet measurements say different, follow that as your guideline. What does the mirror tell you? And how do you personally feel with the changes you've noticed despite the scale. As you continue losing inches, the weight will eventually follow. Your body still adjusting to the changes your making…

I would stick to 1x or 1x every other week. Do it too often, you'll drive yourself crazy for every 1-2lb changes if you see those numbers.

That alone sounds great, I don't think I'd get bored with that, Lol. There is a zero calorie dressing you can check out. It's by Walden Foods, they make zero calorie dressings, along with other zero calorie products. I have yet to try it, but it seems very convincing.

It's calorie free, but it contains sodium like 30-40mg. It's not going to hinder your progress in weight loss. I only drink DIET sodas, teas. etc. But when I drink Diet soda, it makes does get me feel a bit bloated after I finish a bottle or a drink. And I get the carbonation build up and burp a lot. Lol

Depending how sick I am, if it's a runny nose. I work out through it. If my body aches, have nasal congestion. Then I'll wait it out till the body aches go away, then I'll be back on my exercise routine. Might not be as intense, but enough to get my blood pumping, and hit a heart rate in the 140-150's.

What topping pizza and from where? A typical medium 1-slice pepperoni pizza is between 220-260 calories. If your still 1000 cals under your goal, 1 or 2 slices won't do any damage. Just make sure you find out the caloric value of the pizza you plan to consume.

In my fridge the only "Bad" food item I have is a few Corona bottles, lol. Other than that my fridge is practically empty. Only the foods I cook/prepare for my daily dieting is in the fridge. Hahaha

If your not seeing numbers change on the scale, how often are you weighing yourself? How do you physically feel, what does the mirror tell you? Lastly, take measurements of yourself. You might not lose significant weight. But if your diet is on point along with exercise, you can surely notice measurement changes; waist,…

Absolutely, but your maintenance calories will decrease the more inactive you become. If you completely stop exercising for months, years, etc. Your maintenance calories will be quite low, for females might even be as low as ~1200-1500? Males, can be as low as 2000k cals. I've gone weeks to nearly months without…

All depends on how much you burn on your exercise, and how much you've consumed in calories. For myself, I don't eat my "exercise calories" but I still consume enough macro-nutrients to hit my proper daily amount. If your burning 500+ cals on an exercise and only consuming 1000-1500 cals, then your body is only able to…

You sure do, depending on the incline that your running/jogging/walking. Since your expending more energy moving uphill, muscles, etc.

Alcohol doesn't contain any fat, just carbs. Liquors are the lowest in calories, 1.5oz(1-shot) of tequila, rum, whiskey, etc. have around 69-80 calories. Also depending on alcohol proof, but 40 proof liquor is the typical for those calories. Mix it up with Diet soda or favorite beverage and you should be good. Just make…

If you've hit a plateau, you need readjust your calorie and macro nutrient intake. Even if your cardio or weight training is consistent and or intense. Your exercise routines can only do so much in aiding fat/weight loss. Make necessary adjustments in your calorie consumptions, and you'll break through that wall.

If you want to save yourself some money or paying for overpriced personal trainers. Try doing your best with research and asking questions here in the forums. The only ranch dressing, I can think of that contains zero calories, sugars, etc. Is Walden Foods, you can check their website out. Never tried it myself, but curious though.
-
Or you can break down the ingredients and look up the calorie value. Just have to guess how much in portion they use per ingredient.
-
What exactly does your weight training class involve? Is strictly weights only, or is there some cardio work as well?
-
Wow, 500/600 is way too low. What are your current stats, if you don't mind posting? And from there we can help determine what your maintenance should be.

It's just one day of binge eating, don't stress over it. How consistent are you with your diet/calorie deficit? If your on track 6-days a week. That one day you splurge, is not going to digress your gains. Your only adding unnecessary stress to yourself, and with that your body produces cortisol, which a hormone produces…
