i love to use the winsor pilates series, to me it doesn't even feeling like i'm really working out, but afterwards i feel the burn! Or I just started using a taebo dvd and that is intense! Hope this helps!

there is an awesome website called caloriesperhour.com, you can probably do a search there and it should tell ABOUT how many calories you burned. I use at home dvd's as well with no HRM. Or you can go to exercise and do it by light aerobics for pilates or something like that. Hope this helps!:bigsmile:

my alternator recently went out and there is a neat little trick to find out which one it is. If you jump start your car and then take the cables off while it's still running....... If the car turns off after you take them off it's your alternator, if it stays on it's your battery! That might save you some money!!!:wink:

I would like to lose another 35 lbs by april 30. I have been losing pretty quickly and doing really well sticking to just under 1500 cals a day. Does anyone think this is possible??? I want to be under 200 for my birthday!!!!

I know exactly how you feel i was 215 and then got down to 170, then spiraled out of control and I was 243 but currently at 236 and on my way down!

omg..... i just went on my last break at work and i was starving so i thought hey peanuts won't be too bad so i ate half the package! when i got back i looked and holy cow 330 calories for 2 oz of peanuts! It's a good thing i didn't eat all of them!

what is the best kind of butter/ butter susbstitute? I know when i was pregnant and i had gestational diabetes my doc told me to use smart balance but i don't know if it's actually the healthiest??
