  • I still struggle with chocolate and sweets but i've been able to steer clear of sodas by drinking naturally flavored carbonated water. I get the fizziness without all the crap and calories and it's definitely been working.

  • I agree here. I eat turkey in every form possible because i'm not a big red meat eater and i've never found a satisfying turkey bacon. If I really want bacon I just eat the real thing. Bur It's quite possible I haven't tried the right kind of turkey bacon so i'm definitely going to come back to see the suggestions.

  • You should try eating maintenance calories for a few days and then go back down. Your body may be craving more food and it needs to be shaken up a bit. Hope this helps and DON'T GIVE UP! I've given up for the past 2 years and it"s gotten me absolutely NOWHERE! I am back on track and you are a great inspiration!

  • I find that my stroller works on jogs for now, but it is kinda wobbly and i'm sure more uncomfortable for our children. I would check resale shops and/or craigslist for jogging strollers...I believe the cheapest i've found is about $100. Not that big of an investment when it comes to our health! Good luck!

  • I did w2d2 yesterday and I didn't do nearly as well as I shoudl've. I had to pause myself twice but I was also pushing a 30 lb child in a 10 lb stroller, doesn't that count for anything?? I guess I just have to do my jogging on days when my little munchkin is at grandma's because I cant handle her and the running together…
