I'm writing a paper on vitamins and minerals for a health class that asks me to take a stance on how i feel about using supplements. The reason I need help is i'm only allowed to use the information my textbook provides about the actual vitamins and minerals themselves. However, there isn't a whole lot of information of the pros and cons of supplements could be so I was wondering what your opinions or experiences may be with supplements.
(and just so you know my paper focuses on the minerals iron, magnesium and potassium, and the vitamins A, B12, and C)
