This morning we had a breakfast sponsor at our weekly sales meeting. We had jason's deli so I had half a breakfast wrap. It had eggs, a little bit of cheese, and ham, with salsa. I can't find ANY info on this because it's only on the catering menu...should I just assume the calories of a "homemade" meal? What would you do??

I would get the information for the wrap from the web-site and then figure out the nutritional info of the contents separately. I might over-estimate them by a little bit just to be on the safe side. My work caters Jason's all the time, but there is usually a fruit tray. I just have to be careful with their yogurt fruit dip.

i would look to see what is the closest to what you had. How big was it? Did it have a lot of ham? I live in NH and we have dunkin donuts here and they have wake up wraps - here is the link for there ham and cheese. https://www.dunkindonuts.com/aboutus/nutrition/Product.aspx?Category=OvenToastedItems&id=DD-1155

One wrap is about half of a breakfast sandwich - if this sounds about right for what you ate then use it, and add the salsa. Goodluck

thank you sweetness...we dont have dunkie's here. There wasn't a lot of ham but the wrap itself was maybe 12" and I only had half of a wrap. I think i'll over estimate and call it an even 300, and yes I had a few grapes and a couple of pieces of pineapple and no yogurt dip for me. I got really lucky cause the sponsors usually bring tacos and those are sooo hard for me to say no to. Thanl you again!

I couldn't find any of the nutrional info for the catering menu, that's why I asked for some other ideas but thanks!

They may have info on the wrap itself on one of their regular menu, not sure. For most places, I'd overestimate by quite a bit more than homemade... but based on the fact Jason's has an organic salad bar and lots of yummy healthy food... I'd HOPE theirs wouldn't vary quite as much from homemade as, say, Mcdonalds. :)

Hope it was good! Now I want to go to Jason's for their salad bar!
