Yes my net was 1200. I do eat back my exercise calories since I'm already at a deficit at 1200.

WOW! awesome job! I'm 5'4 currently 142... I've lost 14 so far. I'm ding Jillian Micheals body revolution. I net 1200 cals a day. I do eat back my exercise calories so total I'm eating 1400-1600 depending on the day's workout. Are you just running? You could try adding some strength training.

Do you always do the same workouts? If so, Try switching it up. Maybe try eating MORE one or two days awake...sounds counter-intuitive but it has helped me get through plateaus. When I started counting I thought of it as a bit "old-fashioned" but it definitely works for me. If for no other reason than it makes me aware of how much I'm putting in my face! it's a good option for people that are gluten free, but every recipe I've seen calls for so much cheese that it is worse than a regular pizza crust. Find a good whole wheat crust recipe and make it as this as possible. A slice of homemade pizza in my house is only around 200-250 calories.

You notice them more than anyone else will. Mine make me really self conscious too. Bio-oil will help them fade over time. Maybe try a spray tan before you go to help diminish the appearance. Have fun and show off that body you worked so hard for!

Im 5'4" and currently 143...My goal is 135. When I'm fit I have a more athletic type build...straight hips, thicker legs...I don't think anything lower than that would be maintainable for me. We'll see where I end up though...the weight has come off pretty easy so far so I may end up lower than that.

I'm the same way! I'm 5'4" and have to buy long jeans! mid-rise jeans come up to my belly button. I carry extra weight in my middle and it drives me crazy

The moving comfort bras are great! I also love the new VSX bras. They have individual molded cups and Look great...no uni-boob! And they hold in my DD's while running.

I never try to "make up" for a binge...it just makes it worse for me and makes me crave the junk. Just get back to your normal diet. Don't try to cut extra calories.

My youngest is to be 2 in October...I nursed her till about 13 months. I added 500 calories to my BMR and didn't have any problems with supply. It's kind of trial and error till you find what works for you...unless you have a fitbit or something your BMR is likely an estimate that could be off by 15%.

I just finished phase 1! I lost 11 pounds and went from a size 10/12 to nicely in a size 6! I did not do the meal plan because I have a hubby and 3 kids to cook for and don't have time to cook a separate meal for myself. I have the FT4...LOVE IT! I don't have to gues about calorie burn anymore (I was severely OVER estimating using MFP's numbers) and it really motivates me during a workout to push harder. Worth every penny in my opinion. The best prices I found were on amazon...
