I'd like to suggest to you that you consult your physician or ask for a referral to a nutritionist. Your plan and goals are setting your body and mind up for disaster. All the best to you.

I'll be 34 in August. Full time employee, part time college student, mom of four, wife of a full time seminary student. I have a good 60 lbs to lose. I'm having a breast reduction in three and half weeks. I can't wait! I could definitely use a supportive friend or two!

Could you possibly not be drinking enough water? Or are you drinking a lot of drinks with fake sugar?

I'm currently waiting approval form my health insurance for a reduction. I'm hoping to go from a DDD to a B. I'm 5'1". I've been carrying at least a C since I was 12. I'm 34 this summer and ready to live the rest of my life with a small chest.

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to be a B. I'm a DDD. Button down shirts are impossible. Sports bras are near to impossible unless I want to skip a mortgage payment to buy one.

Shots was my ringtone for a bit! Now it's Call Me Maybe! :smile: Music doesn't embarass me at all. Now if you going into my underwear drawer, I may be embarassed by the contents in there!
