Go to this website: http://www.bmi-calculator.net/ Find out your BMR and then find out your caloric need based on your BMR. Then subtract the appropriate amount of calories for your weight loss.

Water, water, water. Tracking, tracking, tracking. Also looking at foods before I eat them. Do I really want the three Hershey's Kisses or do I want an orange for virtually the same caloric intake. I also figured out my BMR and subtracted 500 cals to come up with 1463 cals. I'm going to re-evaluate that number today less…

When I looked in the mirror after thinking about how I thought I looked and the reflection didn't look anything I had envisioned. That was a BIG (pun intended) dose of reality.

Cassie my Cabbage Patch Kid. I loved and her her beautiful, thick blonde hair with her ponytails. I got her when I was five; twenty eight years later, she sits on my bed in prestine shape.

I hope the mom isn't a member of MFP. :(

The word peeflaps is making me giggle at work. :)

I have FOUR!!! :) Two boys: 9.5 and almost 7 (both who have ADD). Two girls: 5.5 year old identical twins. My life has been hectic since the moment I brought the twins home from the hospital. Thankfully, I am married to a wonderful man and we get through it together! Everyday could be the plot of a sitcom but in the end…

Impressive! I always do well when I'm strict about my carb intake (and what time of day I eat them) but it's so hard because those carbs are EVERYWHERE! I am more of an apple shape...most weight in my chest, stomach, *kitten* and hips. I should really focus on less carbs to see the boost in my weightloss.

I'm a daily weigher. And sometimes more than once a day. I'm not ashamed to admit that I'll strip down after going to the bathroom to weigh myself. Well maybe a little bit ashamed to see it in writing. Having said that, I only record my weight on Thursday mornings. I take the weight after peeing, sans clothing, before…
