Im convinced the combined pill has made my blood pressure high. Before starting it although overweight my blood pressure was normal and now, I have lost weight since starting it and still exercising and my blood pressure is now raised. I definetly find the best way to loose weight with PCOS has been with a low carb diet. Metformin has also helped me loose weight aswell, but I know thats not for everyone.
