lets face it girls, we will always have a 'bad' day, no normal person can stick to a diet FOREVER there will be days that we eat over and lets face it, it will be better to eat WAY to much now and then, as a possed to eating WAY to much EVERYDAY!!!

I dont eat that much peanut butter, but would it not be better just to have the jif that you like and eat it now and then and not the 'fake' stuff? I find that when I try to replace somethings with the 'fake' stuff i always wind up getting the 'real' stuff and eating WAY to much of it.

if you are sick just stick to eating healthy, dont worry about the exercise save your strenght for fighting to cold. and gets lots of Vit C!!!

welcome back! I just started MFP monday I know that I have a long way to go but when I log in even just for 10 min, everyone is so encouraging, it gives me the strength to keep going, so log in even if you have a crappy day and ate 10,000 calories, these ppl will help you get and stay on the right track!

I have always read that eating more will help you lose weight, 3 meals aday plus 2-3 snacks aday, that way you are less likly to cheat.
