todays goal was very relaxing, .. who would have thought though that those calf exercises could set me legs on fire so soon, I am going to make it a goal to do more of those everyday!!

IM IN!!!! Starting Challenge weight 405lbs I want to lose 12 lbs by the end of Novemember, if I don't hit the 12 lbs I will be happy to be out of the 400s!!

When I get a sweet tooth, I will get some chocolate gram crackers and some lite or fat free cool whip, make sandwiches and freeze, taste like icecream sandwich =)
