Looking for beginner fitness challenge

Hi!! I am looking for beginner fitness challenges, maybe someone post a week at a time, like day 1 do 50 toe touches and 100 wall push ups.

If anyone has a post or knows of one like this please let me know, thanks!!!

    Are you looking for folks to join you? Or personal motivation? When I first started out I started logging just on a calendar, how far I walked each day. By the end of the week it was inspiring to add up the miles and then I looked on a map to see what places were as far as I had walked that week. It was cool to know I had walked the equivalent of going from my city to the next major city within a week or so.
  • im looking to join others, maybe a "coach' that gives out daily goals to reach.

    If you don't like any of the ones already started, why don't you start your own challenge thread? Sounds like a good idea.

    I need a challenge too! do you have a pedometer, they are great tools....great motivation to keep track of steps per day and gently ease up to more steps. I need something to hold me accountable big time!! I am in if you`d like to create something:):smile:
