  • This morning I started Day 1 of Level 2. It was intense!! So much harder than level 1 but I felt great after. Even though I am a little bit ahead I figured I would post anyway. Good Luck everyone!

  • I make "overnight oats" 1/2c old fashioned oats, 1/2c almond milk and let sit overnight in the fridge. In the morning I add 1/2c blueberries, about 1/8c of sugar free syrup and 1 tsp of PB2 and it equals about 230 calories. I eat that around 8am and around 10am I have an 80 calorie Greek yogurt.
