Having my last cup of water - got in 35 minutes of walk/run, 35 of elliptical, and 20 of weights! I have to say I was dragging but I kept on goinG! Tomorrow will be a lighter exercise night. Hope it is not to late to join in! I started my weight loss at the end of July and have as an ultimate goal of being 150 by my 50th birthday in July 2012! How 'bout cutting out some of the white flour products and load up on vegetable and protein - this really helped me to get it going - I had overgrowth of bacteria in my digestive system so needed to cut out all irritants - flour, caffeine, dairy, sugar. My sex drive has gone WAY up since I've been eating healthier and losing weight. I think it has to dowith feeling better mentally and physically, and the HUGE amount of healthy raw veggies I'm eating :) Hubbies quite happy with the change (I felt like you did before I changed up my lifestyle)
