Here is my check in for today: 1. Eating calories- yes 2. Eating exercise calories - Yes, except some. 3. Drink 8 glasses of water- yes, 8 4. Exercise: I did 60 min. of walk/jog. It was actually my C25K program including some walk at 3mph. I covered 3.1 miles. My starting weight for this challenge is 165. Regards

May I please ask what this 3 and 4 refers to in front of our names above? Are these the number of things we are doing daily for the challenge ? i.e eating calories, 30 min. walk/jog/run and 8 cups water etc... My starting weight for this challenge is 165. I hope we all lose some lbs by the end of this week. Regards

Same here. I also want to loose my baby weight that I gained after my 1st baby. He is now 2 years old. I want another one but for this I have to go down from 173 to 120 may be 125 so that when I gain lbs again I don't go over too much. I know we can do it . don't get discouraged and keep going. Your efforts will bear…

Exact same thing happened to me. I started C25K (I am currently on week 3) and now my body organs do not protest that much..

No wonder I feel the world going round and round around me when I jog at 4.1 and walk at 3.2... Not to mention I am on week 1 Day 2....:embarassed:

O my.. I think I am all ready to run. But as you guys said I should start with a brisk walk , which I already do. I am so excited to run and loose lbs.quickly:smile: so thanks to all u amazing pals to encourage me
