What do I do?
When I jog for 30 minutes at 3.7 mph (and yes I call this jogging because I can not for the life of me WALK at 3.7 without falling) , my treadmill says I burnt 270 cal. whereas MFP says I burnt 214 cal. Who do I listen to? Regards

I should not run.... really?
I am 170 lbs. and somebody told me I should not run because I am so heavy that I can hurt my joints... really??? I never did any exercise or running ever before. But now I want to loose my weight . How do I quick add my burnt calories?
Hello everybody, Can someone please help me figure out how do I quick add my burnt calories in my diary, like if my treadmill says, for example, I burnt 150 calories , how can I add this? I dont know if I am dumb to ask this question... thanks to all.
