How do I quick add my burnt calories?

Hello everybody,
Can someone please help me figure out how do I quick add my burnt calories in my diary, like if my treadmill says, for example, I burnt 150 calories , how can I add this? I dont know if I am dumb to ask this question...

Create a personal exercise under My Exercises.0

enter your exercise and minutes and it will calcuate a calorie amount... click on that box and you can delete that and enter what your machine said... hope that makes sense (and is what you were asking!0
