How do I quick add my burnt calories?

Hello everybody,
Can someone please help me figure out how do I quick add my burnt calories in my diary, like if my treadmill says, for example, I burnt 150 calories , how can I add this? I dont know if I am dumb to ask this question...

    Create a personal exercise under My Exercises.

    If you know the speed, you can choose one of the Walking selections (with the correct speed) and toggle the minutes so it shows the number of calories you burned.

  • enter your exercise and minutes and it will calcuate a calorie amount... click on that box and you can delete that and enter what your machine said... hope that makes sense (and is what you were asking! :)
