  • Why have you decided to only eat 1000 calories??! Was it just a random figure you thought sounded about right or did you take all of your factors into account??
  • Depends - shop bought granola can be full of sugar so I make my own. I use rolled oats, hazelnuts, almonds, dessicated coconut, chia seeds, flax, egg white and honey. Mix and bake. Makes for quite a high calorie breakfast depending on portion size but it's goooood.

  • Instead of focusing on numbers, focus on how you feel and look. Try to guess how much you will weigh after the 13 days of waiting and see how accurate you are. If you have lost more than you anticipated it will be a pleasant surprise and if you haven't, it will give you a boost to stay on track.

  • I'm new too :-) I think what I do to not feel deprived is to eat what you want when you want... but in moderation. If you don't eat any chocolte at all then you'll be more tempted to binge!
