8oz leab ground beef mixed with half a cup diced tomatos half a cup pasta sauce a half cup of chopped broccoli half a cup of rice spicy mrs dash seasoning black pepper onion powder garlic powder italian mrs dash tablespoon of sour cream and a pinch of sharp cheddar. Half a little ceasars pepp pizza, 3 breadsticks with sauce, two glasses of merlot and two servings of icecream. Not a cheat meal really, it was a trainwreck. But back on track and only went up 3 lbs.

So I have been doing this with the 300 calorie cut, so when I eat back exercise calories I eat 300 cals, so that my net calories is the 1700 that the book recommends. Sweet, thanks. I may give it a try with the barbell itself just to see how my form goes. I tried it here at my home a few times just to get a feel for it but that sounds like a good place to start weight wise. That'll only be 15 lbs up from the barbell itself :p

I have a nice butt... BUT My chest is also small. I hate wearing sportsbras because it smooshes the nubs D: My hip bone is still swollen today and black. Must have got it good with that dumbbell. Doing A8 at the gym tomorrow any way, so then I'll only have one more left!

I'm glad you can enjoy it! I remember when I dreaded doing things "off the wagon" wise, and a bite of cheesecake made me regret eating that day. But I've come a long way, and it's good to see someone going out and saying they will enjoy it :)

DUDE I am way sore today. I regret my break a little bit but the rest is what helped me through the Ninja Challenge and my vacation was nice. Thanks guy! Just did B7 and all I can say is whew. Lucky I was able to lift the same amount as before my challenge/vacation but I can't run like I could. Oh well, I'll be back at it, stronger and with a good routine soon!

Heading to the gym today to get B7 done. Then two more workouts and stage 1 will be complete! Not looking forward to rolling those deadlifts up my legs, they are still pretty banged up from the Ninja Challenge. May have to scoot it out a fraction of an inch :p
