The fruit fly one works! I work with the little buggers and we do this in the lab. We do water and pine sol with a small banana slice because it smells fresh. Or even water, dawn dish liquid and banana too.

Weeellll, Aug 6th weigh in (forgot yesterday) I'm at 183 from 180. BUT between water weight and eating out of control for two days, I completely understand why :p

When you guys do the deadlift/row combo did you start with the same weight you've been deadlifting? I don't know if I can do a row with 155 or not.

Stage 3 starts for me today :) Quick question. Do you guys miss the squats and deadlifts? I just looked over the A workout and most of it is with dumbbells. Do you feel like you get a really good workout with them? I always beasted on the deadlifts and barbell squats and I'm just worried I wont get a good workout.

Well that just means your brain is trying to cool itself. Which is what the link states is a possibility. If you are sweating, your body is trying to get the cooler blood up there.

Just a heads up, a recent article came out that points to yawning as a way to send cool blood to the brain. 2006 Mustang. Love her, wish she was a GT though. Only dislike is low gas mileage and the interior is a tan color. I would recommend one to anyone I suppose. Would love a 2011 though.

Fortunately for me, when I eat my whole fruit I also get the juice. And I get plenties of sleep. I am amazed that so many people think our bodies need to "rest" as the last thing I want is my liver taking a nap.

And make sure you get your 8 glasses of pure water. No coffee or tea, these are non-water substances with no value whatsoever. And if you put any artificial sweetener in them, then you'll gain 3 lbs in an hour of pure fat.
