There have been a few times that I forgot to update my HRM. One time it was about 20 lbs! :noway: Anyway - I only update mine every few months. I would just update it to your last official weigh in & its not really going to show that much of a difference. I think you will be fine.

I went on a 9 day cruise in October. I worked out every morning in the gym, then did the walking track for at least 30-45 mins, took the stairs constantly, snorkeled, swam, tons of walking at every port. Well looking back at my HRM from the trampoline - I was between 230-245lbs last summer so approximately your same weight. 15 min on the trampoline was about 123 calories for me. Hope that helps! :)
