However with all the eating out and time of the month showing up early I was happy that the scale only went up a minor bit! Here's to hoping I can get my butt in gear this week & get…

I am back at it on MFP after getting married & having a baby. I was on here in 2010-2011 and lost 63 lbs. IMO it doesn't matter. I always have fruit & never pay attention to the sugar. The only thing I ever paid attention to is the sodium (drink more water if you do) and the calories. It worked for me. And fruit is good…

Great job! Looking fantastic!

I first started MFP in May 2010. I lost 63 lbs and was loving life. Then I finally found the love of my life. I got married at 42 and became a first time mom at 43. Last month I restarted back on MFP to get back to the way I was before I fell in love. I was 5 lbs under where I started in 2010. Now I'm on the downhill trek…

I had been stuck at a plateau since last April, so I finally "give up" when the holidays came & I turned 40 as well. So I didn't do too bad...I'm only up a few pounds. I'm…

I went 20+ miles on a "leisurely" bike ride - for FUN  , I hiked cliffs, I…

Wow - so many new faces! I've been teetering in the high 180s to low 190s for MONTHS now. Like since April for sure...I think before that. But anyway - seriously? I'm SO tired of it. But I guess we all get into that darn plateau. My brother was even surprised with all the running I do. I mean in July alone I had a 5k, an…
