  • Good for you Lisa! You will realize that everything clicks much better in your head than it does on that scale. I got back at my consistant workouts & really killin it and also have been watching what I eat SO MUCH!   • I have never washed it, as they state to throw in the laundry. I just give it a nice mild scrubbing with a scrub brush after each use. You can detatch the strap & wash that, but I wouldn't the transmitter - just scrub it. And your HRM should be waterproof. Check the back of the watch - it should say waterproof on it.
