Had fruit with breakfast and lunch and fruit and veggies for dinner. Indulged in a couple of treats today and still stayed under my calories. Full & Satisfied 100%.

I try and eat an array of fruits and vegetables, drink my water, and if I want to have carbs, or junk I allow myself and don't save it for one day where I have 20x the amount because its my free day. I think I'll try the almond milk, I like creamier textures in my oatmeal! I'll look for lactaid but it was like $6 for a half gallon at our tiny grocercy store. I think our whole family needs to switch over but to get them to try it I'd probably have to put it in a regular milk jug haha!

I had to have my gallbladder removed when I was pregnant with my son and about a week after I had surgery I was at work (I was a nanny for 2 physicans) and the "father" was at the table and he goes eating stuff like that is why you got gallstones in the first place not to mention shouldn't you try not to gain too much more…

I weigh in once a week although I really wish I could make myself just weigh in once every 2 weeks.
