MFP was also quite under with my calories burned, by over 100 sometimes. Love my Polar FT4!

Yes it is. I have it too. It took me a few tries to get the chest strap right, like tightness and placement with a bra on, but it soooo awesome. I was underestimating my calorie burn by 100 or more. The directions to get started are easy.

I just bought a Polar FT4 from amazon for $60. I LOVE IT!!!!! It came yesterday and it turns out I was underestimating my calorie burn by half. Or I guess MFP's estimates were too low for me. So happy I got it :D

I would see your doctor for advice on this. But, having a bowel once every 3 days is normal, if goes to 4 then that is pushing it. Saturated fat is terrible for you, I do not think it does anything good for the body at all, unlike monosaturated and polysaturated . If you go over it every once in a while that is fine. I would just leave it where it is for sat fat. I do track my sat fat and it is also set for 14 grams.

Yes it does help. When you use the muscles in your legs it will help promote venous return. I recently learned about DVT in my class and this is one the things we would do for our patients, is to get them moving to lessen the risk of DVT. It would be best to check with your doctor however :)

Olive oil is awesome! I use it every day when I cook. It has a lot of good fat in it vs other kinds of oils. Plus it gives me needed extra calories. I only use extra virgin olive oil.

I have a cold right now and I am not bothering to log the Halls cough drops.... I am sick so my metabolism will be increased anyway, which hopefully negates the cough drops. Honestly, I just wouldn't worry about it, because you will need extra calories anyway to help you get better,

You can use the receipe builder. You will still have to log each item but you won't have to divide it up and will only have to do that once. You set the number of servings and it will divide it all for you. I use it all the time for homemade stuff.
