Now that is the craziest thing I have ever heard. I wear my sports tank top, I even wear my tank top that says "Sexy After 40" shorts, yoga pants and matching top. every now and then I may wear a t-shirt because I want too.

i log it and try my hardest to eat them back, I all short alot but I'm maintaining what i have losted. The tools here are great use them you will see a difference.:smile:

Don't give up sometimes it gets that way, try changing your eating habits and change you workout routine. Your body has gotten use to the things you're doing. It was like that for me then I started seeing inches going and way and thwn the weight slowing started show on the scale. Please be patient don't give up!

Welcome! You're on the right track with MFP we are here to help you. I see you like walking and swimming very good things. Taking brisk walks is good, and swimming is good, also you can do the brisk walks in the pool. It takes time to drop the weight off but it can be done. Keep up the positive attitude!

My focus this week is too have lost some weight on Friday for my weigh-in. My weight is staying the same even though I am working out and eating my calories. I can see the inches which is great but I want to see changes on the scale too.:happy:

Why would you want to get rid of your calves, they can be a great asset for you they look great on your picture.

This is great sometimes we don't realize we are getting smaller because the scale don't always pickup the inches we drop but the clothing will tell you the truth. Keep up the good work!!!

I do crunches on my bed in the mornig and at night, you're not coming up as far as you would with a regular situp, I do it with my knees up and with my legs strecthed out. I have lower back problems also. Try this let me know if it works for you. :smile:

That's great ! :smile: I would start off by using the calculations you get using the exercise tool you can type in brisk walk for 65 mins it will give you there calculation.

I've learned if you don't eat the cals earned from working out your chance of loosing weight is very slow or none at all.

I was in the same situation as you, I started drinking Special K protein shakes in the morning, for snack I had Special K snack bars or trail mix, I do eat some fattening stuff to make my calories because my body stayed in starvation mode with eating and exercising for a long time. My weight stalled for me also, I changed my meal plan, and exercise routines. :smile: My weight mangement councelor sais when your system gets use to the things you eat and do you will not see results or the will be slow.
