Please don't let size distract you from doing what you feel in your heart you want to do. My Zumba instructor did weigh over 300+ pounds, but through Zumba she has brought her weight down tremendously. Her love for zumba and what it has done and still doing for her incourages others to do the same. :happy:

I dress for myself I don't leave the house until I have everything right. :smile: Believe me women can be the worst critic for other women.

I wish I could help you, I have had 3 kids it went away after the first 2 but know no matter what I do it's not going completely away. I have even had laser lipo got rid of just a little bit, I have even had trainiers say just keep wotking on it that's the hardest area for women to get rid of without getting cut.

I don't think it matters I workout 5 days a week in the evenings and 1 morning on the weekend. I fill the same each time and get results.

Sounds like you are burning off most of the calories you intake, so your body stays in starvation mode as long as it stays there you won't loose the weight. Are you logging you meals and workout here in MFP. Have you measured your waist, hips, neck? you maybe loosing inches which does not always show on the scale.

I started seeing results 2 months after deciding I wanted and needed to loose some weight.. I saw and felt it in inches before the scale showed any signs of loosing weight or inches. Even now I have lost 25lbs and went from a size 14 to a 6, the scale does not seem to want to change. WOW!

My weigh is staying the same, I am working out but some days I fall below my calorie count my goal this week is to try and increase what I eat to even out my workout and my calorie intake. Wish Me Luck!

My goal for this week is to do 4 days of cardio for 1 hour each day.

I eat peanuts, walnuts, almonds, cashews, & pistachios, they reduce my blood cholesterol. Especially walnuts because they help keep my blood vessels healthy.

I was using it to chat with my brother, sister-in-law and nieces in Florida, also my sister and niece in Georgia, and my daughter and grandson here in South Carolina. But now we all use Tango on our Smartphones, laptop and desktop it great and free.

I workout 6 days a week:: Mon- Treadmill 35 min, 15 inclined sp 4.0, then toning for 45 min Tues - Boxing 35 min Wed - Zumba 1 hour Thurs - Treadmill 35 min, 15 inclined sp 4.0, then toning for 45 min Fri - Boxing 35 min Sat - Zumba 1 hour

What motivates me is swimwear, being able to wear them and look good in them at my age my husband says I have a fedesh when it comes to swim wear.
