  • I use 1.5 avocados w/ .5 cup plain chobani greek yogurt and blend in the food processor. I like to add garlic, black and cayene pepper and onion powder. I keep it in a jar in the fridge and it lasts all week. 2 tbsp is a serving and it makes about 8 servings.
