Greetings and Welcome! I am fairly new too. You are in good company here! Good Luck with your life change, I am trying to look at it this way too this time. 1 - 2 pounds a week over the long haul, anything extra is just a bonus week. I too have 140 to lose but am using 10% at a time as my short term goal.

I was just thinking that today myself... there are bound to be a few days each month that just don't go as planned. It's gonna happen to everyone at some point. It may help to remind oneself that we are making lifestyle changes, changes we can manage forever and it's realistic to eat junk occasionally, it is part of life.…
