A apple is always good, gives me an energy boost without that nasty crash and burn I used to get from candy.

I know its tempting to do a fad diet but they really are not good for you. Keep logging your food, exercising and it will come off. You've done fantastic so far.

I think the title of your post says it all - jealousy! Some people like you fat, it makes them feel better about themselves but obviously your not going to stay heavy just to make your friend feel better. Rise above it and take all the compliments that are going, they are what will keep you motivated.

I gained almost 500 calories today from exercise but I dont think im going to eat them. I dont think I'm going to be hungry enough to eat them. Im on 1200 a day too. Ive had my three meals for the day and I still have about 350 cals left without counting my exercise cals. Will probably have a snack later tonight to try to…

I think the thing is to be prepared and bring whatever snacks you need with you therefore you wont be so tempted by the candy as you'll have an alternative. Dark choclate, the 70% cocco stuff is good for an energy boost and the calories are not as high as milk chocolate if you feel you need a brain boost. Best of luck!
