  • Hi all, I am on day 3 of Level one if anyone wants to add me as a shred buddy feel free. I usually burn between 200-230. I use a heart rate monitor. You can enter it as 30 Day Shred if you use the "create an exercise" button.

  • No, I am intelligent enough to recognise the difference between hunger and thirst,. I dont drink any soft drinks or juice. I drink one coffee in the morning.

  • You could do a search for generic bread roll, or generic cajun chicken roll and see what comes up. I agree its difficult to calculate the calories accurately when eating out. Sounds like a nice outing I hope you enjoyed it.

  • This. Don't try to justify to yourself that your doing exercise by walking around your office, count it in your activity level then when you're doing your zumba count that as exercise.

  • I hate to tell you this but you are probably not eating enough. Im not quite sure of the science behind this but if you search around on the boards you'll find loads of posts on eating more to loose more. Hope the scales start moving again for you soon.
