Im on day 4 of Level 2. I did ten days of level 1 then had one rest day then started on Level 2 which is significantly tougher than Level 1. Really feeling the benefits thought. Im on day 8 of level 1 and its tough going. I was logging it as circuits but then I bought a heart rate monitor to get a more accurate reading and enter it as one of 'my exercises' with the exact reading. Not looking forward to starting level 2.

Im on day 7 of Level 1 of the 30 Day Shred and Im thinking of doing Ripped in 30 when im done. Unless your super fit already I'd say do one or the other.
