I will be sure to take a before picture tomorrow of my butt and post the result after the second month. I'm wayyy too insecure about it to post now xD I'm not a fan... lol

Different men prefer different things. Your opinion of a "plain girl" may be a man's opinion of a beautiful woman, and vice versa. Like, what I may consider to be a gorgeous face may be very different than you. See what I mean?

Haha, yes I have! I can tell that it is smaller and more lifted now. I didn't take pictures at the beginning.. I should have!

Awesome work!! You look great! :D
-
I pretty well eat the same thing everyday. I don't find I get bored of it - but I do switch up breakfast a lot.

Welcome to MFP! Glad that you are joining! :D The road may not be easy but you can do it! Feel free to add me if you want. I've been on MFP for a little over a year now.
-
Woohoo! Great job :D
-
Hey! I'm just finishing my second week!
-
Mine. Everyone here looks so great! :D
-
Yeah I get like that too. I've never measured, but I always feel like a balloon. Some months worse than others.

A friend of mine and I discussed this the other day. She's doing a paper on the media's affect on body image and we discussed how the media not only can make larger people feel like they aren't beautiful, the media also can shame on people who are smaller, or more muscular. There's always criticism no matter what size you…

I sent you a friend request :)

Pizza, lasagna, Chinese food, and Cheesecake. And... anything chocolate.

Great work!

When I get disgusted looks, I more or less take it as a compliment. I know that I used to be jealous of girls that were smaller when I was heavy because that's what I wanted for myself. And I would take the jealousy out as disgust at them.

My husband has to wear a 28" waist pant and they are damn near impossible to find!! As for my skinny problems - clothing (I really only have a handful of shirts and 2 pairs of pants now) and my cup size has gone down a lot. X_X

I stopped MFP for a couple of months. I was unhappy, and becoming unhealthy again just with not working out and not being accountable for what I put in my mouth. The cold hard truth is basically that I had to stop making excuses for myself and just get back into it. MAKE the time in your day, even if it's just 10 minutes…

I got the same impression reading through the comments and responses. It's a very, "I do this perfectly" tone.. =/

I fell of the wagon after a year of being on here and have recently gotten back into the swing of things. I got rid of the junk and bought clean foods. If I don't have time to cook meals, I make sure to have greens and fruits on hand for quick snacks and sandwiches for quick meals. I started the Brazilian Butt Lift workout…

You really need to sit down and express to him how this makes you feel. If you've asked him to stop, he really should. Like someone else said, it wouldn't bother me so much that my husband was in that thread as it would if I asked him to not go into them because I didn't like it and he continued to.
-
I go in them, because, to me, it's more of a motivational thing and not a "You're a 9. Let's ****". For me, anyway. And besides, if I'm in there, why should I get angry if my husband is too. But if it bothers you, the only thing that you can do is talk to him about it. It really doesn't matter what ANY of us feel and how…

I was skipped :( I'll take it as a no. lol. We could hang out and probably be friends haha.

We could be friends. :)

Portions. You can enjoy the holidays without eating everything in sight. I lost 3 pounds the week of Christmas last year and what I did was only had tastes of the treats and very small portions. At the dinners, I had mostly veggies. You can do it!

You're 22 years old. No offense, but if you hate it there so much, put on your big girl panties and move out. Their house, their rules. I left my parents home at 17 years old - just before high school graduation.
-
I agree with this. I also looked at your food diary. It's really important to not only track the calorie number, but to make sure that you are getting proper nutrients and eating the right amount of what your body needs. Be sure to have all of your servings of vegetables and fruits, healthy oil, whole grains, low fat…

I wouldn't put coconut oil in coffee - but maybe try just using very small amounts in cooking etc.?

I've seen recipes for smoothies using the Greek yogurt. Personally, I just have a protein shake with banana and peanut butter. But I haven't tried Greek yogurt yet! I do plan on picking some up next grocery trip to give it a shot.

I started with Jillian Michaels, too. I will still do her Ripped in 30 workouts, but right now I've started on the Brazil Butt Lift. :)
