Didn't weigh in this week. TOM AND I was sick.

I've done the 30 Day Shred four times so far. I was using it as a warmup for Brazil Butt Lift and I did find that it bothered my knees even more so than the BBL program. Really watch your form when you do it. Make sure when you're doing squats and lunges that your knees are NOT going further than your toes. That can really…

This summed it up for me. xD

My husband and I have had a shared account since before we were married. I believe we had been living together for a year or so. This works for us as it makes it easier for bills and other financial responsibilities as a couple. We're both good with money, and discuss purchases with each other if they're big. As for me…

Same. I'm 5"7 also, and it's pretty well the same.

- Get rid of those foods from your home. Having them there is setting you up for failure. - Quit with the "I can't" attitude and thinking that you're the only one with this problem. - Have healthier snacks like veggies and dip, yogurt & fruit, or some mixed nuts on hand for when you are feeling snacky. - Drink 2 full…

Cut down on your sodium and drink more water. I drink a lot of tea as well as water and I find I'm not nearly as bloated as I used to be. Check for added salt in what you buy, don't add it to recipes, etc.

So, you're saying that you had a bad week, and rather than getting back on track and just starting again, you want to go back to your old lifestyle and gain more weight? Seems counter productive to me. See, to me, if you worked hard to get any results, one week shouldn't set you back forever. Stop the excuses, stop…

I cut out pop completely about 3 years ago. I had never been a big drinker of it, though. It has no nutritional value and does nothing good for your body - so I just don't bother.

Healthy.

That sounds good!!

I love omelettes! I always have 3 eggs (whites only) and one egg with the yolk. Inside I put avocado, spinach, tomato, salsa, non fat cottage cheese, and sometimes some cayenne pepper. :D

I can honestly say that I've never been cheated on while in a serious relationship. That being said, though, I've only ever been in two, and I married the second man. Not all men cheat, and I know that my husband would never betray me like that. Honestly, if he's saying that he doesn't want to be in a committed…

I know haha. It wasn't directed at you, it was more agreeing with you about the abundance of threads doing exactly what I mentioned in my response. And also to say that not all women will talk about men negatively. I know you guys aren't all one person hahah.

My husband and I both have our own faults and wrongdoings in our marriage. I would never publicly criticize him on a forum or elsewhere or bring down an entire gender of human beings based on something he or another man in my life did. That would be foolish.

I make wraps frequently as well. I use Yves veggie bologna or veggie turkey slices. (I'm not a vegetarian, I just like them haha). I will also use any turkey breast or chicken breast chopped into pieces for the wrap. My wraps usually have garlic hummus, tomato, avocado, veggie meat or fresh turkey/chicken breast, onion,…

Pizza and lasagna. Both I have been able to make healthier versions of, though.

http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/ This is a good BMR calculator. It estimates how much you should be eating a day rather than taking MFP's really low suggestions. Check it out!

Will try these!

Well, it's a lot better than 0 in 8 weeks. 11.6 is great! Don't rush it.

Whole grain has a lot more nutrients in it. It has the whole seed in the bread, whereas whole wheat loses a lot of its nutrients during the processing. Oatmeal sounds great in the morning! Use the money you're putting towards bread towards frozen fruits and vegetables. Pasta is pretty cheap, so I'd stick with some whole…
