Try drinking something such as lemon water, mint tea, or anything else that will not go well with those delicous treats. I've been a pastry chef for almost 5 years and that's the best way that I can keep my hands off the "tastings".

I used to drink Body by Vi, but the trainer that I had said that it was loaded with "hidden" things that weren't supposed to be in a protein shake. He switched me to Isopure or Isosenation because it's protein, and that's about it. No hidden fats, lactose, gluten, etc.

Have you tried the gummy vitamins? They're the only ones i've found that are aeasy to take.

That's what I used to take. Never did a good thing for me. I switched to Isopure Vanilla or Cookies and Cream or Isosensation 93 Cafe Brazil. Only good things now, like more muscle building and no stomach aches.

What kind of protein are you taking? could be the brand.

I use Isopure or Isosensation 93. Both lots of protein, little carbs, and glutamine mixed in already.

Isosensation Cafe Brazil - tastes just like coffee with milk, is 93% whey protein and is just delicous.
