does it cost anything to have the gait test done? I have bad shin splints and the pain in my arch is unbearable sometimes, i know i need better shoe i just don't have a lot of extra money

i chew a fruity piece of gum and if that doesn't help i reach for yogurt or pretzels (I pick the the salt off of them first, usually gets exhausting and i give up and go to sleep)

I second that. Used to have to sit at the table until bedtime, i refused to eat them, unless you count corn.

i was always told you only need that much if you exercise that much. Water re-hydrates the body so it can function properly. My dad drinks about a gallon and a half every day
