I do....for every bottle i pee like three times.. at first i thought it was evidence of a medical problem but i checked out good. So for now i make sure when i drink my water theres a bathroom around. At least my pee is clearer

At first i was like there is no way i can do that many but then i did 30 at a time with 40 second rest...in short done done and done..love these challenges :smooched:

I dont eat before work never have the time...i snack at 12 am fruit or fruit bar....lunch at 2 with fruit or hot coco as dessert...get off and workout..eat (dinner) at 11..then bed after an hour or so...if i wake up before 930 pm i eat fruit or drink loads of water ( never mind my last 3 days)

I used to make the juicy lucy all the time hence my weight....but i so wanna eat most of those meal...theres a popeye right down the street...but i gotta b strong...save it for a cheat day

thats the response i was looking for i actually did ask my doctor but she gave me a strange look then start a lecture about waiting three weeks, so i kind of tuned her out. i guess i can give it a couple of more days (coach is going to be mad)

middle of level 2 so about 15 days. i really noticed my endurance getting better by level 3 it was a breeze. I was huffing and puffing through level one and most of two then level three came i was like dang it this should have been level 2 and level two should have been 3

definitely weak shoulders- through out the day i've been doing different things- 5 push up, raising things over my head, inverted push ups and a lot of arm stretches

7 days a week for about two hours except Sunday (30 minutes to an hours) but i'm trying to lose weight

i really didn't want to do it today. for some reason i'm am sore as hell. i don't even know what i did yesterday to feel this way but i got through it. I can't believe we are almost half way. hopefully the next day fly by too.
