3rd shift eating schedule question

i work 3rd shift 10p to 7am and so my eating is all over the place...I usually eat when I get home at 7a...snack or eat lunch around 11 to noon...sleep til 5 ish...dinner, nap up at 915 ish...snack ...work at 10p...then snack on first break lunch at 2a then snack at 5a.....
I have been following chris powell and he say to only eat fruit in the mornings..but when is my morning? 7a or 9pm...I have time to eat it and burn it off both times...
any suggestions??

    I only eat fruit when I have an empty stomach. Fruit breaks down very quickly and goes through your body quickly. Apples make me gassy. Not like a farty gassy, but I can feel it in my gut.

    Eat your fruit when you haven't eaten anything for at least 2 hours.

    I dont eat before work never have the time...i snack at 12 am fruit or fruit bar....lunch at 2 with fruit or hot coco as dessert...get off and workout..eat (dinner) at 11..then bed after an hour or so...if i wake up before 930 pm i eat fruit or drink loads of water ( never mind my last 3 days)
