Consistently on level one i burned between 185 to 195 Level 2 was 220 to 240, depending on how hard i pushed through the cardio Level three was 200 to 220. L3 d1- total disaster. L3 is no joke and i watched it first in fast forward thinking that looks easy. I was sorely mistaken and i'm sure i will feel that soreness in the morning.
