  • L2 D4- discovered its kind of easier with shoes on. Made it through all of the cardio and abs. Those v raise get me every time.

  • according to my HRM i burn more calories running then i do on the elliptical. Then again the elliptical estimated calories burned is always higher than my HRM even thought it picks up the signal and they read the same. But i like the elliptical because if you use the resistance and the slope you can burn a lot of calories
  • L1 D8 L2 D3 Cardio on level two makes level one feel like a piece of cake. Anyway i'm going to try to maintain both of them getting ready for level three. I don't even want to see that yet.

  • forgot to log yesterday but that was L2 D1 to day was L2 D2 Those jumping in and out really tire me out, my legs and shoulders.

  • i say if you are feeling bored go ahead and change it to level two and if that is just too hard go back to level one and switch them up day to day. That's a problem for me with dvds too, i get bored easily,for this one i just crank up the music on my computer and force myself to do it. Regarding your heart monitor i say…

  • although i have thrown in some strength training afterwards i'm really starting to see so definition in my arms.
  • apples or popcorn and lots of water. I used to do oatmeal but i have to put sugar in mine and it way too much. so if you don't need sugar try oatmeal a cup of that can go a long way.
  • L1 D5 I really did notice the difference from day 1, the cardio has gotten pretty easy to get through. And my shoulders don't give out as fast as they used too, even squeezed out two extra pushups. Yay me. I think i'm going to try level two again tonight, just to try to make a smooth transition.

  • D3 L1 I took yesterday off cause my shoulders were killing me, but today i made it through the squat and press. I think i did better on the side squat and lift but still could keep up with the video. So after a day of rest i am seeing improvement. YAY!!!!!!!!! After those push up my shoulder start to grow very very tired.

  • cleaned out my car trunk, amazing what was hiding under those workout clothes. I think something was alive.
  • D2 L1 finish, still having trouble with the arm lifts, my shoulders give out with 10 seconds to go. But i did push through the push ups. Small victories RULE! :drinker:

  • L1 D1, it was kind of tough but the hardest were the push ups and squats and lifts. My shoulders are killing me,maybe tomorrow will be better.
