I have always drank my coffee black. I love the taste but you have to brew it right. I like flavored beans but also love a good coumbian brew. Too many coffee shops brew it strong and bitter for example Starbucks and then it tastes awful black. I would say experiment with strength and type of bean used. You should be able…

My favorite NSV has been when my doctor told me to stop taking my prescription blood pressure medicine because my BP is normal without the meds! I have been on those meds for over 10 years! It is a great motivator to stay moving!

I had my flu shot yesterday. I felt a little yucky today but it doesn't care to having the flu. Pneumonia almost killed me 9 years ago. I have found over the years that the shot helps me in the long run. They make it preservative free now a days.

I've always liked Nickelback even though I don't get their hate either. That is until I saw them in concert this summer and they sounded ok BUT they were doing shots between every song, got drunk fast and did not play very long. Very disappointing! I haven't listened to them since.

You may want to eat foods with Vitamin C with your iron-rich foods. I find it helps my body absorb the iron.
