Toss in corn meal, sautéed in olive oil till crispy (10 min) add veggies ( snow peas, carrots, ect...) add fresh ginger and garlic cook 4 min. Add low sodium soy and Chinese rice wine ( 1-2 tbs each) cook 2 mins. Enjoy
