I FEEL EXACTLY THE SAME WAY!! I'VE BEEN WATCHING WHAT I EAT, MAKE SURE I EAT PROTEIN AND VEGGIES ETC BUT I STILL GAINED 1 LB AND I DONT KNOW WHY.. SOMEONE SAID I MIGHT BE GAINING MUSCLE BUT I DONT REALLY CARE FOR MUSCLE GAINING I JUST WANTED TO BE TONED SO IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME THAT WOULD BE GREAT!
