I also loathe Jillian's taunting. There is a music mode where you don't have to listen to her grating voice. Just follow along. That was much more bearable.

This site is amazing. I never thought I could lose and I'm hitting my goals. Start small and you will see results. It's hard work, but so worth it. Good luck!!

I am a 16 now and would be happy to get into a large. 12-14 would be a dream. I'm encouraged by the amount even if its small that I've lost so far. This is something I can stick with.
