I guess my primary motivation for not just eating whatever I want even if it's within my calorie goal is that I'm lazy and hate to exercise. I see those 300ish calories burned from my daily walk/run as "painfully hard-earned" and that serves as motivation to not p**s them away on low-quality foods. If I'm going to waste…
