I walk 20,000+ steps per day. I also do kickboxing and weight training. I have a Fitbit charge 2 and it tracks my heart rate and steps among other things. I have been aiming for 1000-1200 per day too. I am 5'2" and 43 so that is where I need to be to lose weight.
