I have had to stop running for a bit because I have tendoitis in my knee and my lovely physio lady suggested I try the rowing machine. I was really missing my lunchtime cardio buzz (well 30 mins away from my desk) and this has totally made me smile. It really is pretty gentle on the knee and burns a whole world of calories…
