My biggest fear would not be that I had to lay off the exercise, It's that I would mess up my routine schedule. Maybe you could still block out the time frame and do very light resistance or just anything that keeps you moving and on schedule. I use the Pepper, mushroom and green onion combo and steam the vegies til they're until they aren't crunchy ( no added fat or calories) add soy sauce and I can barely tell the difference. My Husband easts it too and is great with it :-)

I'm almost 5'2" and would love to be int the 115 to 120 range again!! I'm at 145 and started at 153. Keep your fingers crossed that I get there by June
