No one should or would gain actual weight on 900 cals a day!! It's prob H20. That said, eat at least 1200, start moving and pay attention to macros. Watch your sodium and carbs and eat plenty of lean protein. Drink plenty of water too. Good luck

I love it but my hubby hates it. He will choking it down but only every once in a while. I guess like anything else it is personal preference

Are you watching your Carb sodium and sugar an alcohol??? Make sure you're getting enough lean protein. If all else fails get your thyroid checked

Sweet Tea is sweetened while it is being brewed. Adding any sweetner after the fact, is not a true "sweet tea"

While I may cut lose a little more, I count everyday. Times like this are a great exercise in making good food choices. The important thing is to enjoy yourself without being a glutton :drinker:

I doubt that it is TOM, it is most likely bone or nerve related. Did you notice if it got somewhat better with pilates? Make sure u have a very good instructor and discuss this with them. Please don't....You are still making changes for the positive and your body is still adjusting. I know it's hard when this happens but make sure you are truely logging everything you eat. You might be surprised. Also, step up the exercise b/c your body is smart and will adjust itself accordingly. Ex....set a weekly…

weight can change as much as 5 pounds in a day due to water. The most I think I have ever lost and it stayed off for the next week was 3 pounds that was right after a week of no loss though

I think you need somewhere around 1800 MINIMUM calories if you are breast feeding. If you get too low you will decreased milk production

Silk brand unsweetened original or vanilla Almond Milk are what we use. Only 35 cals and does the trick. My hubby feels this makes the best protein shakes

Yes it is bad manners and yes people are getting lazy about dressing for dinner. My husband and I happened to see a similar situation ithis weekend. I love to take a chance every once in a while to dress up and I always lean toward being slightly overdressed than under.
